Like swallows returning to Capistrano, Dave S. comes to LaCrosse in May.
We knocked down two road rides. First one was the Galesville loop out of Trempealeau. Ride #2 was the Root River bike trail over in MN.

Jessi Lynn at Bratfest
For several years, Eileen, Madeline and I have volunteered our labor at Bratfest. Our time puts money into the Wisconsin Children’s Choir coffers. Last year I drove a golf cart to ferry folks from the parking lots. Eileen and Madeline work the food lines. Well, this year, when we showed up, they informed me that “they didn’t need any more drivers.” What? Well, ok. Left to my own devices, I actually got to enjoy Bratfest. I caught a set of Jessi Lynn and Sarah Peacock, two talented singers and guitar players in the mode of Indigo Girls.
